The Junior Suite was great, but the reception staff were elusive.

Excellent local craft beers available at the bar.

Our room was right above the bar, making it too noisy at night.

I really enjoyed the delicious pizza we had, the warm atmosphere of the common areas, and the luxurious breakfast options. I'd absolutely come back!

The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, making our arrival a joy. The abundance of high-quality tea options and fresh milk in the room made mornings delightful.

The lack of on-site parking can be a slight inconvenience.

Had a fantastic group vacation with friends! We enjoyed exploring the stunning countryside and stopping by local pubs. The place is super close to shops, making it easy to grab some snacks. Breakfast was lovely, especially the veggie options. The pizza for lunch was a highlight too! Totally recommend this spot for a fun, relaxing stay.

One issue we faced was with the coffee machine in our room that didn't work. Despite reporting it twice, it was never replaced. It was a bit disappointing since everything else was pretty great.

I recently stayed at this charming hotel and loved the spacious room with lovely decor. The breakfast was exceptional, featuring imaginative dishes that stood out. Dinner was delightful, especially the belly pork which I thoroughly enjoyed. I would choose this place again.

Cozy stay with fab staff

The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to help. My room was neat and comfy, with a great shower too. Had dinner at the hotel—food was good but could use a few more options. All in all, a lovely escape!

the grosvenor was really nice and clean. our premium double room felt fresh and well refurbished. the porridge for breakfast was absolutely fabulous, way better than i expected! also, the housekeeping team was super friendly and made our stay cozy. it's in a lovely area, perfect for exploring!

The room had a comfy bed, fresh milk for tea, and luxurious toiletries that smelled amazing. The bath had a view of the flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was a highlight with freshly made pastries from a local bakery. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great location, just a short walk to Gold Hill.

We had a lovely family getaway, and the hotel was a fantastic spot for our kids. The room was very well refurbished and had various teabags, which was a pleasant surprise! The added bonus was the availability of fresh milk. The breakfast, especially the porridge, was absolutely fabulous. Being able to explore the beautiful Gold Hill just a short walk away was a highlight for our little ones.
